Our staff and physicians work long and hard to reduce wait times and provide excellent care for you and your family. Please be patient and kind to our staff over the phone or on videoconferences. 

We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding verbal abuse of our doctors or staff. If abuse arises, we will no longer be able to provide ongoing care for you.

We will see anyone in Alberta or the NWT under 18yrs old.  

Please note - we: 

  • Are a specialist consult service focusing only on mental health issues. 
  • Are NOT a primary care service, crisis service, or emergency service. 
  • Do not prescribe potentially addictive medications (like opiates, benzodiazepines, or z-drugs).
  • Do not do psycho-ed or initial autism assessments (those are done by psychologists & developmental pediatricians)
